It was announced by posting an image on Facebook by a Swedish developer, Robert Topala (also known as RobTop or RubRub), on 12 December 2017. After nine days, it was released for ios and android on 21 December 2017. It is a free video game.

Gameplay
Geometry Dash SubZero uses the same gameplay as the full version Geometry Dash. You must touch the screen to run the game and avoid obstacles. All the run is followed by the captivating music that will last with you during all the game. Every level has different music, which is always unique in its rhythm.
It is the third spin-off game, consisting of exclusively three levels, which are the same as the purchased version. Achievements, icons, collectibles are limited, the ability to transfer unlockable data over to the full version through user accounts is also available.
As you play the levels, you will get secret coins and stars, when the level is completed. Every level has approximately 1:20 to 1:50 minutes length. Every level has its own enrapturing soundtrack, which will get into yourself, impulsively.
